yea lol and in my case triple than recommended, this all seems to make no sense, so i let windows decide and dont care abt it. the only thing i did is put it on D: drive so C: drive can live a relaxed life. i (still) dont get the sense of fiddling arround with pagefile
same here, i have 32GB Ram and dont understand why my pagefile has to be that big. but windows is windows and i think the developers know better than me so i leave it on auto, but to me almost 16gb is overkill and not needed since hwinfo shows pagefile-usage as 0% lol and my PC almost never uses...

sht, i just checked my box with LGA775 CPUs, 2 Celerons from 04, a Pentium Dual-Core from 05 and a Pentium Dual-Core + a 7300 Core2Duo from 06. so cant seem to upgrade that 775 system to 24H2 that has a Q6600 currently and 8GB 800Mhz ram and runs 11 23H2 perfectly fine. -.- noSSE4.2
@Flashorn yes a bit OCed and tighter ram timings, but i cleared cmos and set everything to default many times but same behaviour
@Stigg Bios is updated to the latest version, and yes its a Rev. 1.0
It happened after update to 24H2, idk this was the reason or was it just coincidence
but Aida64...
