Have you tried logging out of your MS Account then logging back in or even restarting your new laptop? I'm not saying it will work but If you haven't, it's worth a try.

After doing a restart I decided to check for updates in the MS Store. There was 16 updates needing to be installed. SAB 3.7.8 still works plus there is a SAB 3.7.9 update. It disables the Classic Taskbar by default. I did have to manually download and rename the file to get it to install.
I'm not seeing Start Menu Companions on my new desktop. I'm not sure if it's A/B testing or because I use Power Start so I don't have to see Recommended on my Start Menu.
It's been awhile so this may not be the actual post I followed but I used a suggestion that @NavyLCDR made to someone and moved my Recover Partition to my C: drive. I now have it as a boot option when I start either one of my desktops. Disk Management- Partition Advice
