Solved Exporting Extensions,Password Logins and Bookmarks from Firefox to another Pc which has Firefox

Not sure how that affects the backup app? The folders and files are in the same place, then I don’t think it would matter. It’s basically just taking what you need and then replacing it when you want it.
Location....

Taking a cue from Google and Chrome, they have either moved things around or changed the naming conventions. Therefore the backup won't be able to backup the folders.

Again, sync works reasonably well, but it's not perfect. Your themes and your custom tool bar don't get backed up. Extensions get automatically downloaded from the cloud and in the case of malware or the developer/Mozilla removed the extension from the Mozilla store then you have lost it.

Wouldn’t the backup just backup the entire Firefox Folder, in which case it wouldn’t matter?
I don’t know how it backs up, I haven’t tried it “yet” Are you aware of how and what it backs up at all?

Why would you want it in the case of malware? And I don’t believe they remove an extension from your browser just because they remove it from the store.
In any case, downloading from the FF Extension page or backing up with the methods privided, should have you covered (y)

    …still on a horse.
Normally, I'd agree with that logic. But FF has had many updates since 2020 (version 78). Now, we're at 125 and it's reasonable to assume personal folders and permissions would change since them.

However, I believe the application is no longer supported and is depreciated, but if it still works as intended, I'm good with that.

Apparently there is a way to backup the extension. It's saved as an .xpi file. Just search for all of them and save them (use ZIP to compress).
another tools is "Hekasoft Backup & Restore" it update recently Version 0.96 [2024/01/05] and easy to use

FBackup also can do that
