Multiple BSODs when CPU is under heavy load or stress testing

The machine is about 18 months old. I'd noticed weird behavior when running any benchmarking tool:
  • PerformanceTest - Certain CPU tests will run with/ no errors but will not report a score.
  • UserBenchmark—Tests sometimes crash into a BSOD, but when they don't, the CPU information doesn't all upload to the site.
  • Cinebench - This locks up every time I run it. Varying amounts of time up to 1 minute.
  • Intel Extreme Testing Utility—Stress tests will run and crash, and the program will disappear without error messages.
  • Intel Diagnostic Tool—Sometimes it runs to a PASS, and other times it crashes in a BSOD with no information when I reboot. It doesn't even log the session in its log.
  • Prime95 - This will crash every single time. Takes between 30 and 90 seconds.
I have replaced the RAM and the CPU cooler to rule them out. I figure it's the 13900K or the motherboard. I would love to know more information about what's going on. V2 Log file is here: RPM_PC-(2024-03-31_15-07-27).zip

Please perform the following tests:

1) Turn off Windows Driver Verifier:

2) Run Tuneup plus > post a share link

3) The BIOS Version/Date American Megatrends International, LLC. F27, 9/12/2023

Upgrade the BIOS: F27 > F28

4) Boot into safe mode (shift + restart) > run IPDT > post images with a text report

If it passes testing then boot normally and repeat IPDT.

5) Find a CPU for swap testing

Thank you zbook! All log files here: BSOD - Google Drive

Bios is updated. Guess I will head to Micro Center to get a CPU to swap.

Run Memtest86+ for 8 or more passes > take pictures > post images or share links

The computer has 2 RAM 48 GB modules = 96 GB

Testing must be continuous and may take days.

The modules can be tested simultaneously or one at a time in the same in the same DIMM.

Just 1 error is a test fail and testing can be aborted.
