Sure, but it's for a specific file only, not to default icon of a specific file extension.

File icon is usually dependent on the associated program that is set to open it by default.

Quite a nice change with different color for an indicator bar for unfocused taskbar apps, but you know @Tihiy what would be even better...

This could be implemented as a toggle in settings if possible.
