Probably a hidden SSU update included in your update.
Open powershell as admin and type: get-hotfix
...and see how many updates you...

Well, update finished however it restarted twice instead of the usual boot to log-in screen when it reaches 100% after restarting...

I suppose this Preview Build will never be available via WU, as advertised by MS. They pulled it evidently.
