I disabled all startup programs and i didnt have any open when i launched the cleanup

ok ill try it thanks edit: i just did it and it said 14492 files deleted

i just launched the origin app and it didnt have any drivers for me to install

i went to reset this pc and clicked on "reset pc" and then i chose "remove everything" and i pressed local reinstall and i clicked yes on "clean data", "delete files from all drives" and "download windows" and then i pressed confirm and next and i just waited for it to reinstall windows idk if...

i have the same settings as before

how do i use the cleanup file??

idk much about computers would be glad if you could at least help out

i didnt restore anything i just downloaded some of the games i had

i reset my pc to clean my drives i chose the option clean all drives and it reinstalled windows and cleaned my drives also it was like that before me resetting it so i dont think thats the problem

on games that my pc would run with a lot of fps it now runs with 20-30 less for example, in call of duty black ops 3 i used to play with 60-80 fps and now i play with 40-60 barely hitting 60

Today i played a heavy game that my pc could handle over 3 months ago but noticed that it ran with less fps that it was running before I have only formatted my disks to clean them up i havent done anything to the pc pls help
