Can confirm installed and working but how to I make it match the skinpack?

It installed and is very different, hasn't change anything apart from shrinking my taskbark, now got to work out how to set it up with the skinpack i got from skinpacks.com, all it said to get explorer and task bar is to get startback program

I thought it only went to 4.4 no 4.9, i can always give it a shot

There's no forum on windows 11 tab, i just want it to work but they don't have the option to download an older version which sucks, i'll try emailing them

Exac Exactly the same for me just tried installing startallback to use for a skinpack and completely broke windows 11 causing the flashing and unusability :( please fix asap i would like my explorer and taskbar to match the skinpack I bought
