Start regedit, expand and highlight "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer" in the left window and look for "HIdeClock" in the right window. If you find it, delete it or double-click it and set it to zero. Then restart the computer.
