I was hesitant with this but i watched a video on it and this is an amazing solution to debloating and pretty much having my settings automatically back to what it was when installing Windows. Thanks for this!

Did some research and determined I needed to change my CPU lite load mode from the default and my temps have went down amazingly. no issues at all now. not sure If I'm allowed to link websites here but it definitely solved my issue.. No performance loss that I noticed in my games and no thermal...
I'm gonna do some research on it for BIOS settings.. I did e-mail ID-cooling to see if an RMA is possible as it's only been like 2 months.. will also consider a thermal paste reapplying.

Solved the problem by disabling iGPU ( integrated graphics ) .. not sure why this fixed all my related and non related problems but everything is good now. Solved.
