I use Wondershare Unconverter 16 but it is a paid program.

With MBR2GPT, it works fine if you follow the instructions (readily available on Google) carefully.

With Aoemi, you need to purchase the Pro version to be able to change MBR/GPT. The free version does not have the capability.

I am in the same boat as you. Apparently, it is said, there is a problem with some ASUS mb and Microsoft. They are working on a solution so it might be a while before there is a resolution.

Is it possible to determine what version of say Windows 11 24H2 is before downloading it? Do we just rely on MS downloading an update without us being aware of the version until we have installed and then run it?
