Is anyone else seeing the ring around the right click context menu, and if so is there anyway to get rid of it? I'm currently seeing this on Version 136.0.3240.8 (Official build) dev (64-bit)

I found the solution to my issue by reading a post here in the forums, here's the fix..open settings, click on accounts, click on sign-in options, click on the PIN (Windows Hello) sub heading and disable it.
Hi FrancoDT, I'm glad to hear that someone else is having the same exact issue that I'm having, I think what bothers me the most at least for me is the fact that I have two computers with the exact same version of windows beta insider version yet it's only happening one one of my computers ??

Thanks so much for taking the time to reply to my unique issue, I think what bothers me the most is the fact that this is happening on only one of my computers running the same exact version of windows 11.
Ever since I installed this version when I first boot up my computer I see enter your pin, I find that rather strange because I've already enabled the auto login option. I don't actually have to enter my pin # but simply press the enter key and after doing so everything is normal and I'm taken...
I recently enabled the insider release preview channel, but currently when I go into the settings area in the system tab and click on about it shows that I'm running the same operating system build that's currently available in the insider release preview channel. I'm thinking that's the reason...
It looks like I should have done additional research before I submitted my post, I followed the instructions in the 'link' you included and I no longer see the screen prompt.
