Update: Still, since removing Corsair's iCue software, I haven't experienced the stalling problem once!

iCue has been removed. Maybe that will help with this problem. Anyway, I will continue to watch for it.

I've tried rebooting multiple times throughout the day and, of course, the problem still hasn't occurred again! I did note that iCue was taking up the most CPU usage upon resuming from sleep mode, but that was only ~15% usage. I will try a clean boot and see over the course of the next few days...

When I wake my computer up from sleep mode, it will start up quickly as normal, but after about 30 seconds of normalcy, all open applications will stall and I cannot click anything for about a minute. Then, everything will come back and function normally for about a minute. The cycle of stalling...
