Tried to the solution @BuddhaNature has proposed (Windows 7 moves/resizes windows on monitor power cycle) and it worked for me! To be fair I didn't do any changes to the profiles at the path but rather just deleted them altogether. No issues so far (2 days already).

Also confirm on my 3080 Ti via DP (4k, 150%), 566.36. Seems like it's happening as soon as the monitor turns off (even withount PC going stand by) and there are open (not minimized) windows on the screen. Actually I got frustrated with this one, because it could has been a "failed" upgrade...
