  1. Delayed LAN connection after cold startup

Startup services are clean, nothing new. But anyway looks like I have solved it after all. Solution turns out to be very simple. I switched LAN cabel to the different router port (from LAN2 -> to LAN1). Works flawlessly so far, network is identifed immediately after login. Thanks for tips.
  2. Delayed LAN connection after cold startup

Yes power up after regular shut down. Thanks for that. Never seen such tool so not sure if I should try, but I'll put it on my list. Just installed todays updates. Will see, but dont have high hopes :) Regarding Intel Assistant - No supported driver or software updates are available for your...
  3. Delayed LAN connection after cold startup

Hello all, For last couple of weeks (not sure how long exactly) I am experiencing kind of strange behaviour of my LAN connection. After cold Win 11 startup, my LAN internet connection starting to work like after 1 minute or so. I dont think this is normal. After restart LAN is connected, much...
  4. Solved Broken boot

FYI RMA has been accepted. They are refunding me with a full price of 970 EVO. Love that 5 years Samsung warranty :)
  5. Solved Broken boot

I wouldn't worry too much. I think the main reason was unsafe shutdown, although it happened many times before without any problems. This time maybe something broke. What can I say. It was "just" 3,5 years old.
  6. Solved Broken boot

I am sure it will not work. I tried also Secure Erase+ provided by MSI UEFI. Same results. It is just hard locked against any writing. Never mind. They accepted disk to RMA, I have to send it (not sure when yet) and then lets see what will happen. Nothing to lose. In the meantime I have...
  7. Solved Broken boot

  9. Solved Broken boot

So restoring of C: image finished 100% however pc is not booting and trying to repair windows, as expected as there were errors. Not sure if this can be fixed with windows usb installation media. 970 EVO has manufacuturing date 11.2018 // managed to run dism command, but did not help, I guess...
  10. Solved Broken boot

New drive arrived. Will replace it later, have a question in advance in case of restoring backup. I did backup of all partitions from old drive, so that means including all hidden partitions. In case of restoring do I need to restore only Windows partition C: or all of them ?
  11. Solved Broken boot

I was referring to this: Of course it does not check personal files or other apps, but these I can easily replace / reinstall or just delete... it wont be a reason to do clean install. Reason might be due to corrupted windows files, which I can check with this system file check.
  12. Solved Broken boot

Honestly I have backup on external drive from this SSD. But it is old, I used to use Acronis for backup but it was long time ago. Yes I learned something new. Macrium Reflect is very nice and intuitive tool, will use it from now on and create backups regularly. Well my plan would be to do full...
  13. Solved Broken boot

I got your point. Thanks for advice. Just trying to make life easier. Can I loose something? In worst case scenario it will just fail to restore or restore it and I will not able to boot again. Do you think corrupted image will push brand new SSD to irreversible state ? It is "corrupted" only...
  14. Solved Broken boot

Ordered new M.2 NVMe SSD. Will be there on Thursday I think. Will try to restore full image then, hopefully this corrupted image will not damage new disk :D if this fail I will restore files from image manually and that's it. Have full backup on external drive. No one knows what is corrupted...
  15. Solved Broken boot

Guys. I tried bootable USB from Samsung to Secure Erase SSD - pressing y and immediately got message - failed. Tried also SecureErase+ option from motherboard UEFI - failed as well. If I can not secure erase disk, it is probably dead in some way.
