I have no such sound issues with the 6.0.9780.1 audio driver version on a Gigabyte desktop motherboard when I installed 6.0.9780.1 from the Microsoft Update Catalog site (released earlier this February 2025).

downgrade or rollback the Realtek audio driver to an older version and block/disable Asus assistant from updating the audio driver (adjust that app to disable updates). either use Device Manager to rollback the driver to an older version or completely uninstall the 6.0.9780.1 version, reboot...
in any case, get a replacement SSD from a different manufacturer from either Crucial or Samsung

on the AMD site, any AMD based CPU from at least Bulldozer & Piledriver have SSE4.2 support and can run Win11 24H2
all generations of AMD Ryzens have SSE4.2 as well

I lean towards what spapakons said as there's no serious need to update the Realtek audio software components from Microsoft Update Catalog.
