    Supposedly, ElevenClock gets the time from your computer. There doesn't seem to be any alternative. https://www.techno360.in/elevenclock/ Or maybe it gives you another place to look for the answer.

    Have you right clicked the time in the lower right of the screen? Select adjust time, you should get a screen like this
