Currently I can connect to my computer using RDP over the port 3389. However I would like to access my computer over a regular desktop web browser (using HTTPS of course), without involving any RDP protocol at all.
I've seen some tutorials online, but they are really complex and convoluted...
The troubleshooter just says that an issue was detected, with a triangle warning, but no specifics. Also says that troubleshooters have moved and the tool will be retired.
Trying to update still ends up with same error.
There's no such thing as Troubleshoot in Update & Security.

Now on 22621.3737 my computer is up to date and can flag this thread al solved. The 2 immediate updates 22631.3807 22631.3810 I'm not going to install them because of KB5039302.
Yes, I'm on 22621.3737. I've installed the enabler "windows11.0-kb5027397-x64_3a9c368e239bb928c32a790cf1663338d2cad472.msu" and the same update shows up:

But I want the 23H2 without KB5039302 which...
Finally fixed.
Restored the backup with StartAllBack and all driver and stuff. Then tried to upgrade again using the 22H2 ISO, got the message "We Can't Tell If Your PC Has Enough Space to Continue Installing Windows 11", which was just fixed rebooting.
Then tried again the ISO and installed...
Finally got to update from 21H2 to 22H2 by mounting 22621.1.220506-1250.NI_RELEASE_CLIENTMULTI_X64FRE_EN-US.ISO and installed at first try. Now I'm on 22H2 Build 22621.382. After a few NET 3.5 and other minor updates, now Windows Update is offering me to upgrade to:
