I'm already trying out the new 25H2 Start menu on the latest beta build. The recommended section is indeed gone. The all apps section is now below your pinned items so everything is on the front menu.
Just a little article on the upcoming fall 25H2 update. Seems it will be much less dramatic then the 24H2 preview as it will focus on stability and new features vs recoding and significant architectural changes.

Looks like your still using the 25H2 start menu. If you select the pin all apps switch in the start settings does it still break the start button/menu after you reboot with this build?
