I disabled SATA Controller in BIOS, installed 22454 Update, started Windows 11, started device Manager, showed hidden devices, uninstalled Intel Chipset Conroller, restarted Windows with enabled SATA Controller in BIOS, Installed Standard STA AHCI Controller, restarted again. Running smoothly now.
