In both cases, Macrium (and other similar software) also look at the volume of data, not just the "fixed" size of a partition.
Yeh, I've tried LibreWolf but fails in so many ways.

Yeh, that's one of the reasons why I gave up on sleep and hibernate. Back many versions of Windows, it all seemed hit and miss ... worked on this device, didn't work on that device. More often not working than did work.

Despite the above suggestions, I've never had much success with accurate exports (mail & attachments) from MS Outlook (which is what I assume you're talking about, and not one of the umpteen other iterations of this program ??)...
You're obviously using the LibreOffice suite (don't have MS Office?), so why not try Libre Draw and/or Libre Impress. Not compatible with, but between them, the nearest thing you can get to MS Publisher.
