I just discovered a neat trick if using Windhawk mods "Windows 11 Start Menu Styler" and "Windows 11 Taskbar Styler" and also using the either the "TraslucentStartMenu" or "TranslucentTaskbar" themes. In each you can greatly Increase Transparency by going to "Settings > Personalization > Colors...
