Thanks. Got it working like it should now, just had to disable realtime protection in Windows security. Now I can do it on my pc which hasn't updated since December of last year cause of EP.

Just a heads up, you will not get the latest versions of Windows 11 if you have Explorer Patcher installed. Microsoft is forcing everyone to not allow the code to allow the quicklaunch anymore. If its installed, windows will not update to 24H2. I just did a fresh install of 24H2 and installed...
