    I tried booting to Safe Mode (parameter 4) and can confirm that Taskbar Apps/Functionality, though visible, are unresponsive.

    Today, the Weather App is fully functional, as far as I can tell. First up it was quite slow to load, with no indication that it was doing anything. Now it's ok. I've had no trouble with Taskbar nor with Settings.

    Yes, Startup apps take a lot longer to load than I expect them too. Cpu usage is also higher than expected.

    Installed ok. Scannow and Dism Components ok. File explorer seems a little slow to close; more testing to do. I have to track down a Driver failure; yet to do.
