KB5044384 seems to have knocked out two firewall settings. I checked File and Printer Sharing and now I have a functional network for file sharing.

I do not know if these are isolated or commonplace occurrences with this update. There is nothing on the Microsoft page...just says 404 error.

Yes, the update seemed to have turned it off but I had already tried that.

I have the same problem. Private network Secondary PC will not see files on shared main PC drive. Checked everything but not working.

I use Kitchen Windows Pro for weather.

Tried it and yet another example of Microsoft duplicating stuff and bloating Windows. Totally pointless, the same as the pointless "Home" in settings. Adds a new service and I used Revo to uninstall it. Why doesn't Microsoft concentrate on the OS itself, have they too much time on their hands?

I use "4K video downloader" (I use the paid version). They also have free converters.
