Yea, it wasn't that it wasn't booting, the board wasn't even posting. However, yea this stuff appears to be good. I ran a test on it overnight after seating it properly (it defaulted to 4800) and then I turned on EXPO before work and ran it again on that at 5600 and it passed both tests at like...
I reseated both sticks and it posted. I may have made a mistake and hastily not done the basics. Apologies for wasting your time. I will run memtest overnight and report in tomorrow.
So continuing on this post

I found bad ram and exchanged it for this ram,
F5-5600J2834F16GX2-TZ5NR
Upon bringing it home and installing it there is also a bad stick in...
I got the ram you suggested, in a sealed box (they did try to give me an unsealed one first), so thanks for the reminder on that. Only one stick runs.
Board single slot is A2. Two stick config is A2/B2
Where S1/S2 is Stick 1, Stick 2:
S1 in A2 = Runs
S1 in A2, S2 in B2 = No post
S2 in A2 = No...
Ah, well I'm on board. I was limping my old cobbled together system for so long I hadn't thought I'd be in a position to fiddle with overclocking or being concerned with speed.
Now I'm getting greedy though and I see that the store I'm headed to has 6000Mhz non RGB Z5 Gskill ram for cheaper than...
What's worth an extra $40. That's a good point though, to see it's out of a sealed package. I did consider that the GPU test suggested I have about 15-20 C in overclocking.
Tested one stick, let it finish a pass successfully then swapped it for the other stick upon which the bios wouldn't post at all. Memory Express in Edmonton is happy to exchange the product, which I'll be doing tomorrow. I'll put the new psu in too, just cause.
I suppose I put too much faith in...
Other potentially useful information I can think of:
I had an account activation issue upon Windows 11 install where Windows wouldn't recognize the activation. I went into registry, found the "backup key" and then used the method:

Right click CMD
Click Run as adminstrator
At the command...
PSU ordered. It'll be here thursday.
Completed, reinstalled the Feb 22 drivers as they're the last stable drivers.

Blurb first then stats and such. I bought an ASUS CG8480 in ~2013 and replaced a couple hard drives after tumbles, then I replaced the graphics card, first to a 970 then more recently to an MSI 3060. This year I figured I'd swap the whole thing up and the other day I picked up a TUF B650-E Wifi...
