I highly doubt it might fix. I've got an idea tho. If we can restore 21H1 files like the 10SM github repo was trying to do, there is a chance it could work (although a single sfc /scannow would restore proper dlls)

Tried with a clean setup with my other device: UWP apps are missing entirely on W10 SM. I think 22H2 is the culprit
