Thanks but this procedure will not work if I want to install Windows on a laptop that was wiped out or laptop that comes without pre-installed Windows.

So how did you end up installing those drivers? What way did you choose?

And some other ways? The only way I found is to manually copy and paste the path to Terminal.

How to open powershell/terminal as administrator in folder? in Windows 10 it could be done in File option from the upper left corner of the folder

That is true and usually windows have newer drivers than device manufacturers but even Nvidia recommends to use laptop manufacturer drivers.

Not true. Right after first boot up windows is searching for OEM drivers and automatically install them. Otherwise I would not start this topic. For example this driver was installed few seconds after the first boot up:
