I don't host my own site, I do not have one. I do pay for a personal email address that is hosted by Names Co. As I said in the original post, I have asked them to check junk boxes.

BT is ISP, but not who I send emails through, that is Names Co.

Binned cookies, turned off IE, but still does it. Only happens with Edge, which I checked is up to date.
