I bought a used 2022 Dell Alienware X17 R2 and it came with Windows 11 Home, 21H2.
I wiped everything in a computer reset, ran Windows update, and installed all the Dell drivers.
Now, I do not see an option in Windows Update (WU) to upgrade to 22H2, or 23H2.
How do I install 22H2 and after...

I have no association with this machine's previous contents, so I would not have any keys I created, nor need access to any encrypted data those keys point...
