All i found is a reset that reinstall all components into a jump start reset after a pc restart. Is this common for any windows home version to have limitations ?

It is a .mkv but the naming seems to be locked. It's a Transformers ONE movie. I won't again ask for help with pirated films but google has no actual helpful answers. There are other settings elsewhere called remove properties and personal information does this fix the issue ?

I received a movie from a friend of mine but the movie title is stuck as COLLECTiVE because the Title in properties is locked and cant be set to blank ? can this be fixed ?
