What you prefer and what I or someone else prefers is not always going to be the same. I like evolution mail much better than other email clients including emClient.

Sounds good and all but after installing WSL, Debian, then Evolution, I get an error when I try to run it stating, "Failed to initialize gtk+: Cannot open display:". So although you made it sound as easy as installing and running, apparently that is not the case for some I suppose :(
