    can I skip PASSWORD? as in leave it blank or somrthing? It's a big deal leaving the system without pswrd for ANY log in if such is possible and I have not looked at bios yet - restore to defaults should be my next move too, that is if the system has not done that by default yet...

    update : windows 11 is now working fine. The initial user account still had issues, so files were transfer to new user, and then deleted. Hopefully solves the issues. Removed the log in with pin or password, but have yet to reconnectto Microsoft - have office app sbuscription. Sometime this...

    found the utilman.exe there .....and typed from D:\windows\system32\ren utilman.exe utilman.exe.bak
