    does it mean I can't use both DoH and DoT at the same time? I want to bypass censorship from my ISP (I can't access Github LOL) and it seems only enabling DoH is not enough, I still can't access Github. using Cloudflare WARP is my last option, if enable DoH + DoT is not sufficient.
