    Ok, found it. It's 'system component settings' There is no uninstall, but there is a drop-down to have it 'never' run. That seems to have done it. Thank you.

    Hi all, HH Sometimes: Press Win key Press power button Sleep/ShutDown/Restart pop up populates behind the other pop up You can see it peeking out from behind the first one in the pic. Clicking on the desktop causes the Sleep/ShutDown/Restart pop up to disappear. How to handle this?
