At this moment I plan on backing up my data, wiping the C drive and doing a fresh installation of Windows 10 Pro. Then try to upgrade to Windows 11 Pro using the Rufus method. There is something damaged internally file wise on my system.

In the middle of repairing files on my laptop. Will try to post the specs later.

Got the same result as before after using Rufus. It restarts for the 3rd time after installing, the Windows 11 logo is stuck on the screen, and goes no further. Next step is to unplug from internet, do not updates during the install process and then hopefully do updates after I boot in to...

Thanks. Downloaded Rufus 4.6 on my laptop. Will attempt to upgrade to Windows 11. Have to do some outside work first. Will let you know if this solves my issue.

Thanks. After watching a bunch of video's, they said to make sure you select the correct version for your region.

I'm located in the USA. Should I use the Windows 11 24H2 "US" edition?

What don't you understand what I've done? Did you happen to look at the setuperr2.log file I attached? Laptop must be missing something.
