Some VPN's support split-tunneling where you enter the IP address of the target or the app (email) that you want to bypass the VPN client. My ISP blocks ASN IP access to their email servers, so my VPN is setup to bypass it for email. My VPN app is PIA.

Curious as to why? Npp "file open" give you exactly that, but the Windows version. When it's provided by the OS, why build one into an app? Have you looked in to there being a npp plugin? If not, maybe write one?

Agree, but MS doesn't tell you that it MIGHT be holding up one's 24H2 upgrade.. I found out DURING the manual upgrade I did.. Easy fix, but there was NO notification and it would have been nice to know in advance.
