Exactly. Chromium based browsers, for instance, Edge, Chrome, have the same pattern. Firefox doesn't have the same problem. Its frustrating to say the least. Even mouse movements don't help. On the lock screen, after you pause, if you don't play within 5-6 seconds, the media control bar disappears, and then you have to sign back in. Such a nuisance.

So, when I play a video on chrome and the windows screen is locked (Win + L), if I pause the video by clicking with mouse on the floating media control panel at the bottom of the lock screen OR media keys OR dedicated buttons with wired/wireless headphones, the floating media control panel...
