Even mouse movements don't help.
On the lock screen, after you pause, if you don't play within 5-6 seconds, the media control bar disappears, and then you have to sign back in.
Such a nuisance.
So,
when I play a video on chrome and the windows screen is locked (Win + L),
if I pause the video by clicking with mouse on the floating media control panel at the bottom of the lock screen OR media keys OR dedicated buttons with wired/wireless headphones,
the floating media control panel...
