Issue resolved and my post wasn't clear. It is a new system and it did have the system to install on the m.2 drive. On starting the system the setup would begin the setup process. No physical disk was provided to install from. My initial attempt should have worked but evidently I wasn't...

Only issue with that is what came with it is on the m.2 drive. The answer to the issue was turning off the modem so wi-fi was inactive
