I had previously installed windows 10 without rufus flawlessly. But now i need to use rufus for windows 11 installation and I get a fuzzy hp logo with the jitters after the installation menu disappears quickly without allowing me to continue.

Secure boot is disabled. Ive formatted the drive a second time and used rufus. Why would it work in another notebook?

Rufus Install of windows 11 from 10 boots on hp notebook then immediately freezes to a fuzzy HP logo with black screen. Same Usb drive boots fine on another notebook. Tried searching. Thanks
