Hey! So when you say you added the folder to the windows firewall exclusions, do you mean the download folder with the iso and patches, or the entire game folder itself? I feel like when I tried to add the folder it wouldn’t let me, but it just let me add the exe for the game

If I restart my PC and try to run it gives me an error report but I can’t decide anything in it, doesn’t tell me specifics and I can’t read the code since I’m not that computer savvy

On the links page, they describe an issue similar to mine where the game starts in a black window. It says that may be linked to windows media player not being able to display the opening into video of the game. Is there any way to remove that file from the game, disable the player, etc?

Is there anything else I can try besides just disabling it and trying to launch? Should I disable it and THEN reinstall the game?
