    This fixed it! Apparently Disabling ULPS in regedit fixes the issue. I checked a couple of times now and have had no problems. Thanks everyone for the help! I'll mark the thread as solved. I also did the command line thing as well just so I have that option if I chose to use it.

    Thanks for the responses everyone! I'll give the command line thing a try and see if that solves the issue. And yes I am using the Adrenaline drivers from AMD (the 23.5.2 drivers) so it might be an issue then with the drivers. I'll give the command line thing a go and get back to you.

    I just built a new computer and installed Windows 11 the other day and am quite happy with it but have only run into one problem. The problem is that when I lock the computer it locks properly and then shuts the monitor off after one minute but after the monitor shuts off it won't come back on...
