Is the external hard drive in a caddy or connected direct? If it is in a caddy then see photo (credit to Computer Active magazine issue 706 page 65): -
It is annoying but at least you are able to use your computer so could be a lot worse. Maybe it will stop happening at some point.
You could try turning Notifications off.
To clean up your computer try running this batch file. It will need unzipping first.
Be patient. It may take up to 15 minutes to complete. Reboot your computer afterwards.

Seems to me that you are already signed in (see first photo) so if you are being notified to sign in then it seems there is a problem.
Does your Settings 'Home' screen prompt you to sign in? If you are signed out you should see like second photo.
Some updates can't be uninstalled (see photo) so it may be you have to suffer the inconvenience of rolling back to stop the BSODs.
On my HP device there are only two updates that I am able to uninstall.
There is a free open-source fork of Audacity called Saucedacity. It's no longer maintained but it may be worth trying out. If it works then good. If it doesn't then uninstall it again. Nothing lost. https://alternativeto.net/software/saucedacity/about/

I agree but Macrium gives the option of using WinPE instead of WinRE to create the rescue media so I am happy with that. I have tested it and it loads okay.
Having said that, if a future Windows Feature Update re-creates the 'Recovery' partition and the WinRe.wim then I will leave it in place...
Try opening the photo with your photo viewer and then 'Save as' and choose the same filename but add (2) to it and then okay it.
Example: Photo name = xyz.jpg then 'save as' xyz (2).jpg in the same location.
You can then look at the properties of xyz (2).jpg to see if the date modified data...
