I'm not looking for an analysis, just curious to know if anyone else encounters this issue.
I have a thumb drive to which I save noncritical data as an archive. Any time that I make changes to this thumb drive I robocopy from that thumb drive to a second thumb drive so that I have two copies. Within about 5 seconds of starting the robocopy I get the green screen. I've tried this 4 times with the same result every single time.
Here is what I am doing:
1) Plug in both thumb drives. Let's say they are drive letters G: and H:.
2) Run this command:
robocopy g:\disk1 h:\disk2 /mir /ndl
3) Copying of data begins. Within no more than 5 seconds I get this green screen:

My changes today were very simple, so I was simply able to drag and drop the new files from one thumb drive to the other with no difficulties. I'm going to test further with some other drives, just curious in anyone else has seen anything similar.
The worst part is that I was running a job that was adding yesterday's preview updates into a set of Windows images. That runs about 2 hours, and I was about 2 minutes from completion when I got the first crash. Now I have to start it all over again.

- The five 8TB drives and three 512GB SSDs are part of a DrivePool using StableBit DrivePool software. The three SSDs are devoted purely to caching for the 8TB drives. All of the important data is stored in triplicate so that I can withstand simultaneous failure of 2 disks.
