2025-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 24H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5053598) does not instal. error - 0x800f0983. Now also fails but after showing 100% installed

2025-02 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 24H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5051987) never installed. Installation started and got to 13%. After many minutes I got message Install error - 0x800f0983

built in update troubleshooter did not solve it

The problems seems to be The component store

I have run :
SFC /Scannow
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /Checkhealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Results are:

I’d not muck around and go straight to a Repair Install In-Place Upgrade.
