Fortunately, on both of my machines (older desktop and 11th Gen Intel Dell XPS laptop), 24H2 performance and efficiency has started to feel like 23H2 prior to upgrade. I was an early adopter of 24H2 and in addition to original issues, the first several monthly updates (cumulative and previews) did not leave me impressed. My desktop was "ok" but my laptop felt more sluggish and battery life suffered greatly...vs. 23H2. However, it seems the JAN - MAR updates have made notable improvements. My laptop definitely feels more responsive and battery life has noticeably improved. Hopefully the trend continues...or at least doesn't revert.
