Solved A fatal error occurred while creating a TLS client credential. The internal error state is 10013. The SSPI client process is svchost (PID: 18528).

Since the update of 12/10/2024 I am getting the above error in Event Viewer multiple times.

Any help to solve this would be appreciated.

I followed steps 1 & 2 and the error still occurs multiple times. It was fine until Tuesdays update. Not sure if Microsoft changed something. Unfortunately I haven't checked the event viewer since the update until today.

I reset the network, uninstalled and re-installed KB5048685 (OS Builds 22621.4602 and 22631.4602), TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, TLS 1.2, TLS 1.3 are checked, re-registered TLS 1.2 protocol, up-dated the driver and ran DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth, DISM/Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
SFC /Scannow. No errors were found!

The error still exists.

I ended up re-installing Windows.
