I will buy new larger NVMe SSD for Windows 11. Can i restore Windows 11 Backup with Acronis True Image on larger NVMe without Windows re-install? Will i have the same disk space like on older NVMe or whole size of the new when i load Windows 11 Backup?

Sure you can restore image backup to new SSD. If you cannot resixe partitions automatically, you can manually resize them using tool like minitool partition wizard free.

Hyper-V (a vm runs almost as fast as my older laptop)
I just cloned a 1TB NVMe with a Windows 11 OS onto a new 2TB NVMe which was in a Sabrent NVMe enclosure attached with a standard USB-C to standard USB cable (a cell phone charger cable), using Macrium Reflect Free - Not For Commercial Use (version 8.0.7783) [UEFI] and it went flawlessly.

I HIGHLY recommend using this method as it was effortless and flawless.

Use this tutorial as a guide, and you'll have no problems.
Cloning a disk using Macrium Reflect 8

Good luck, I hope this helps you.

Yes you can. You don't need to enlarge the Efi, MSR and Recovery partition. Only the C: and / or a data partition (if you have one).
