Add Optional features why does this take so long

Hi folks
Adding optional features seems to take a huge amount of time -- especially when adding what should be simple--just a few extra fonts :

25 Mins so far to add these 2 sets of fonts !!!!! (I've herad of "Windows zzh zzh !! " but this seems rediculous.

It's probably installing the whole language pack!!!

probably true !!!!!!! - I only wanted the fonts to display some web sites and documents properly though !!!! Some languages are "Double byte encoded characters.
