This tutorial will show you how to turn on or off displaying a shield in the title bar when Windows Terminal is running as Administrator for your account in Windows 10 and Windows 11.
Starting with Windows Terminal Preview version 1.23.10353.0, in the Appearance setting, Microsoft added an option to let users control whether a shield icon displays in their title bar when Windows Terminal runs as Admin.

EXAMPLE: Shield icon in title bar when Windows Terminal is running as Administrator
Here's How:
1 Open Windows Terminal.
2 Click/tap on the down arrow button on the top bar, and click/tap on Settings Ctrl + , (comma). (see screenshot below)
3 Click/tap on Appearance in the left pane. (see screenshot below)
4 Turn On (default) or Off Display a shield in the title bar when Windows Terminal is running as Administrator for what you want.
5 Click/tap on Save at the bottom to apply.
6 You can now close the Settings tab or Windows Terminal if you like.
